- Compared to the MD-BATCH series, the MS-DOSER features an upgraded screw feeding system in the gravimetric blender and enhanced loss-in-weight hoppers with higher-resolution load cells to achieve maximum mixing precision during the batching process and ensure the highest stability and accuracy in the extrusion process. Coupled with our proprietary control system, we guarantee extrusion accuracy within 0.2% and mixing precision within 0.1%.

Modularity
- The "basic machine" is designed for two ingredients and comes equipped with wiring terminals and a control box that are prearranged for easy upgrading to accommodate up to 6 ingredients.
Extremely high-precision control
- We offer a wide range of screws designed to minimize vibrations and maximize control precision during operation.
- High-precision brushless motor drive with control accuracy up to 800rpm.
- The load cell achieves a maximum resolution of 24 bits, ensuring extremely high accuracy.
Cascade mixing
- By employing gravimetric technology, the decanter hopper delivers highly accurate and stable material feed rates to the extruder.

- Inclined gate-connected to the drain spout, ensures complete drainage of ingredients with no residues left behind.
